Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -ER casework -Advising managers and staff on policy and procedure -Updating the HR system and running reports -Collating and updating information for monthly payroll -Being a team player able to work collaboratively Recruitment Profile The successful candidate will have the following: -Experience advising and coaching managers -Very well organised -Experience with recruitment processes -Experience with ER casework -All rounded generalist experience -Must have a passion for working within charity and able to show dedication Job Offer A fantastic opportunity to work for a not for profit organisation on a temp to perm basis.
