How you’ll make an impact… Our team has grown significantly within our newest office in Manchester, and we are excited to open a new role of Customer Experience Team Leader to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. We’re looking for an experienced leader within a customer support environment, with strong people management skills. The CX Team Leader will provide guidance and support to the CX team to inspire them to provide excellent customer support to our Accounting partners, Payroll users and small business users. You will work in collaboration with the UK and Global Leadership team, as well as our customers. You will drive performance and personal development of team members by mentoring and motivating them with ongoing support and work closely with the CX Team Leaders within region to ensure alignment across all CX teams. Our CX Team Leaders have a positive impact by building a culture for delivering amazing service. We inspire, empower, and enable our teams to flourish. In doing this, you will grow a team of individuals who feel happy, have passion and job satisfaction. You will also develop trust to give them the autonomy to carry out their role, in alignment with the Global Company strategy. What you’ll bring… We are looking for an experienced leader within a customer support environment who can contribute towards our world-class customer service. To do this you will: Lead and motivate team members with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Experience in performance management, through highly effective coaching skills Working knowledge of Accounting and/or Payroll (desirable) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different working styles Genuine interest in customers and how we continue to deliver world class service, as well as be the point of contact for escalation, resulting in effective resolution This role is accompanied by a salary of £40,000 - £43,000 plus benefits We strive to create an inclusive workplace where people have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, race, religion or belief, disability, age or pregnancy.
