Commercial Contracts Partner /8 PQE/West Midlands/ Starting Salary circa £100,000 DOE /Extensive Benefits Package /National and Progressive Law Firm JOB TITLE: Commercial Contracts Partner – West Midlands PQE REQUIRED: 8 LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Black Country, Warwickshire.) As the appointed Commercial Partner you will be advising on all aspects of commercial contracts law including supply contracts, terms & conditions and agency distribution as well as dealing with the day to day responsibilities of being a partner within a well established team. You will be keen to network in the Midlands area and will be determined to build a successful practice. THE CANDIDATE: The firm have a very clear strategy as to their growth and where they want to position themselves and have identified the need to recruit an additional Commercial Contracts Partner into the team. The successful Commercial Partner will have a minimum of 8 years experience and will ideally already be a Partner or a Senior Associate who is desperately trying to achieve partnership where they are. Frustrated Commercial Contracts Partner who are looking for more responsibilities are also encouraged to apply. You will already be working at a leading national firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key.
