An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive with one of my favourite clients in the Leicester market. Having placed a number of lawyers with the firm, I can say with confidence that the firm provides an excellent working environment. The firm has had a presence in the Leicestershire market for decades, with well-established teams and a strong client base of local and national clients comprising of owner-managed businesses to SMEs with household names. The firm is now looking to hire an experienced dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years' PQE to join the team. There is an active caseload of work to pick up on but anyone with a following would be of particular interest. The caseload will be a mix of civil and commercial litigation, including landlord and tenant matters (e.g. lease renewals & dilapidations), general civil, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contracts and professional negligence matters. This firm often attracts talent from the large national firms as it can offer similar quality work but in a much smaller setting, suiting those looking for genuine progression opportunities.
