Overview
A top London Law Firm are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join their Finance Banking and Loans Team. This exciting opportunity is aimed at people looking to move on from their first job into a more challenging role, within a fast-paced team in a busy office. Duties will include using the company system to support the Team Leader with all day to day tasks, as well as more varied duties such as administration and managing files. The ideal candidate will need to be able to support the PAs in the Asset Finance team during periods of absence and be a general support to the whole department. The Team Assistant must be able to communicate professionally with all colleagues at multiple levels, providing a brilliant level of service to not just the Finance and Banking department but the wider team also.
