Paralegal – Travel, Tourism and Insurance
Overview
LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 50 law firm based in Exeter who are looking for a Paralegal to join their Travel, Tourism and Insurance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable law firm on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: •File opening and internal compliance procedures •Ensuring that files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures and client service level agreements •Reviewing claim details and advising on merits •Taking part in marketing initiatives and department training sessions. The successful candidate will be able to manage a large volume of work effectively and have a strong work ethic. It is essential that the candidate has completed the LLB or equivalent with the LPC being of advantage. Previous experience within litigation would also be advantageous.
