Overview
Travel, Tourism & Insurance Paralegal A junior paralegal is required to join the Dispute Resolution department of a Top 50 UK Law firm. Working in a modern office in central Exeter you will gain full exposure to travel litigation matters. You will advise and represent clients in litigation matters through; litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. The work will include; England and Wales jurisdictional claims, advice on contractual matters concerning insurance policies, Claimant and Defendant matters and foreign jurisdictional claims. You will also be required to proactively participate in firm and department wide marketing and business development activities. The successful candidate will have strong academics and have some previous paralegal experience. LLB / LPC Graduate is desirable but not essential.
