Paralegal/CILEX - Travel & Tourism With offices all across the UK this major firm are now looking for an experienced Paralegal or chartered legal executive to join their Travel and Tourism team in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional that is wanting to work within a commercial firm yet friendly and relaxed working environment. This really is a role that doesn't come around too often for this caliber of firm. The Role: You will be assisting the Fee Earners of the department with an encumbrance of issues that can arise in the travel and tourism industry. You will be assisting with coverage issues, policy wording, disputes and subrogation matters. Your workload will be made up of high quality work from major insurer clients as well as some individual cases, so you will ideally have a background within civil litigation and experience with working on behalf of insurer clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on more complex loss matters.
