LEAD BANKING PSL GLOBAL PRACTICE
Overview
With a strong international footprint, this Banking & Finance Group has extensive experience of working on cross-border and emerging market projects and offers a seamless service across a range of transactions. In London, the practice is known for its strengths in the areas of leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, trade and export finance, project finance, securitisation, financial services regulatory and restructuring. The knowledge function is a firm-wide team of over 250 lawyers globally focusing on creating market-leading content, working with the technology function to design user-friendly and flexible platforms to store and deliver know how. Whilst this is a London based role, it carries line management responsibility for senior knowledge lawyers and knowledge lawyers within the group across the globe. The role's clients are the banking team's steering committee, key partners and lawyers and will ultimately report to the Director of Knowledge. This is a highly visible role and requires experience of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, extensive English post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer directly in the banking & finance area as well as experience working directly with senior counterparts on strategy and execution.
