I'm currently recruiting for a defendant clinical negligence role in a Top 100 Bristol-based firm. My client is now looking to add a solicitor to its highly regarded healthcare team, who deals with all aspects of healthcare work. The firm represents the NHS-R and NHS Trusts, from clinical negligence and child law, through to complex healthcare advisory and mental health work. The current vacancy is in the clinical negligence team, where you will defend litigated and pre-litigated complex and high-value cases. You will have the opportunity to manage and develop a full caseload of high-value matters and develop a good rapport with these clients. This NQ clinical negligence solicitor position is suited to someone with good communication and project management skills, along with a practical and commercial approach.
