Due to increased workstreams, they have a rare opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Corporate lawyer to join them in their Bristol office. Your new role As a Corporate Lawyer in the Bristol office you will join an experienced team to provide corporate legal services to businesses within the UK and internationally. The team act for a broad range of clients, including entrepreneurs/founders, SMEs, start-ups, early stage & high growth businesses, private equity & venture capital investors, UK & international corporates, banks & finance houses, charities & social enterprises and educational institutions. You will use your project management skills to advise clients, understanding your clients' business and ensuring the you adjust your approach to accurately advise clients. What you'll need to succeed You will be an ambitious Corporate Lawyer/NQ with either experience in Corporate Law, or you will have recently completed a corporate seat as part of your training contract. With excellent academics, you will be used to working in a fast-paced team environment and be happy to run matters autonomously or as part of a wider team. You will be able to communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing to both clients and colleagues.
