An established general practice law firm in Berkshire has an urgent requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful team in Guildford. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Your New Role As the firm’s new Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for: Undertaking all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and re-mortgages Managing your own caseload Active involvement in business development The supervision of junior team members About You The firm looks to hire a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who demonstrates: A high level of residential conveyancing experience 5 years of experience at an established firm Excellent client care skills Benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly, respected firm in the local area.
