Residential Conveyancer
Overview
My client is an established law firm with an excellent property business based in London and Guildford. The firm has an active requirement to recruit a residential conveyancer / fee earner to join their office in central Guildford. The firm already have an existing case-load of work, with a strong platform in place that includes active sales people supporting the business and needs of clients. The work includes a full property case-load of work from freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. The firm are looking to recruit a Lawyer who is able to handle their own caseload of mixed residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and there is real opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career if desired. Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have relevant experience.
