Overview
My client is seeking to recruit an experienced plot conveyancer to join their busy Guildford based Residential Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with plot sales for one or more national housebuilders from reservation to completion. The role will involve sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. The successful candidate will have their own workload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage their own time, self-type and develop and maintain client relationships.
