This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic solicitor, licensed conveyancer or paralegal to join an expanding residential conveyancing team on a full-time, permanent basis at their office in Milton Keynes. The successful lawyer will confidently manage a caseload of matters regarding new home purchases. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold purchases • Declarations of trust • Transfers of equity • Taking client instructions • Investigating titles • Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions • Stamp duty land tax • Registrations with the Land Registry The Candidate • Solicitors, licensed conveyancers and paralegals with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE • Experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential • Excellent communication skills • IT proficiency • Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines • An aptitude for business development and marketing initiatives The Firm Our client is an established, niche property practice with a strong presence across the country.
