We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the right attitude to join our office. Ensure the customer service you provide is always of the highest standards. This role will include some of the following tasks: - Managing all incoming/outgoing calls and emails in a professional manner at all times. - Managing all incoming jobs that are logged on the internal and client systems, providing regular updates to the customer. - Taking responsibility for all Helpdesk calls assigned, and chase through to resolution. - Liaising with other Helpdesk team members, to co-ordinate labour and communicating any problems to senior team members. - Liaising with engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain information, raise quotations and assist with ordering materials and equipment as directed. - Maintaining SLA agreement with customers. Skills required: - Excellent IT skills required. - Good decision-maker, able to work on own initiative. - Willingness to take responsibility. - Professional attitude with good general awareness. - Committed to excellence in customer care. - Good communication skills - oral and written. - Organised and methodical - able to prioritise to meet deadlines. - Ability to multi-task. - Flexible outlook. - Confident and effective team member. - Hardworking - Sense of humour Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 Hour week) between the hours of 7am- 5:30pm- depending on business needs. On call via work mobile 1 week in 7
