Intermediate Architectural Technician/ Architectural Assistant/ Architectural Part 2 Salary package £26,000 to £32,000, bonus scheme, training and development. Location: Hertfordshire Company: Architectural Practice, design, technical services, construction, housing developers This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Architectural Technician or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an established and growing chartered practice based in easy access of Hertfordshire. This is an excellent time to join this firm due to a surge in new projects where the practice continues to see growth. Being renowned for working with PLC developers across the country, providing a top service and care to their clients involving design of different quality house types, design schemes and multi-use building types. They have achieved success through working and implementing a personal philosophy of each project is specific to the client, understanding their needs and sharing a vision for the overall outcome to provide the best care and service. This opportunity is the perfect role for an enthusiastic and experienced intermediate architectural technician or Part 2 architectural assistant who is looking for progression and ready for a challenge to the next steps in their career. Necessary skills for this position: Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, postgraduate, working in a similar position Strong desire to learn and work across construction/ production drawing packages Strong desire to learn and apply technical and detail drawing Excellent software knowledge of AutoCAD minimum, other software considered too Good planning skills, processes and building regulations knowledge Excellent communication skills, verbal and written – liaise with team, clients and professionals Responsible to work on own and team player with a high level of initiative Confident to rise to daily challenges and takes pride to meet deadlines and working to a high standard.
