IT Contracts Administrator OUTSIDE IR35 Location - London Rate - £280 per day Term - 3 Months Key Essential Skills: Strong IT Contract Administration Drafting, review and routing of contracts and agreements. Cloud Technology experience Experience around technology & IT Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail Experience working with Technology Vendor/Supplier Contract's Responsibilities: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and ensure contracts are signed by the appropriate person of authority in a timely manner. Ensure timely escalation of Agreements to Senior Contract Analysts and the broader VM team as and when required. Provide efficient ad hoc support related to contract and commercial management. Work as an ad hoc Vendor Manager, providing guidance and approval of Agreements. Overview: We urgently seek an experienced Contracts Administrator to work with our team. This is key role in delivering high impact projects across a FMCG business with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
