Speech and Language Therapist Speech and Language Therapist Permanent Haringey Local Authority September Start Interviewing Immediately Pay £30,0000 - £44,000 per annum Ofsted Outstanding Speech and Language Therapist Job: REESON Education are currently looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to work with student that are over the age of 16. This fantastic opportunity works with students with low and high functioning Autism. This role is a full time, permanent role starting from September. This is an incredible opportunity to work within an outstanding, non-maintained special school situated in North London. This school specialises in educating students with Autism and therefore the successful Speech and Language Therapist needs to have previous experience working with ASD children. The Successful candidate will need to be able to apply their specialist knowledge to the individual needs of the child. Also, it is important that they have strong communication skills in order to liaise with the rest of the trans-disciplinary team in order to create targets for pupils. As a Speech and Language Therapist in this school you will have access to fantastic resources and highly supportive team (occupational therapists and behaviour analysts.) The School: This outstanding special school is situated in Haringey and was established in the late 90's. They have approximately 100 students between the ages of 4 -19 and have over 140 members of staff. They can support pupils with high and low functioning autism.
