Service Delivery Manager – 3 month contract Birmingham based ( Home based while social distancing restrictions are in place) The recruitment process will be conducted remotely. Experience · Extensive and recent experience in a Service Delivery Manager position, preferably within an Infrastructure outsourcing environment. Technical Requirements · ITIL qualified (essential) Additional Skills · Previous experience in Service Management · Excellent organisational skills · Excited at the prospect of playing a leading role in developing and maturing managed service offerings for existing and new clients · Analytical and problem-solving attributes. · Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. · Exhibits tact and diplomacy. · Extensive experience of Customer relationships, confidence and presence to deal with Customers. · Demonstrates a positive “can do” attitude in all situations Role The Service Delivery Manager is the first and primary escalation contact for the Customer, whether it is for changes, requests or escalations. They will assist the Senior Management team in order to manage the account as a whole. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the SLA is matched accordingly with the contracted service as well as working with the Customer to establish and own a set of KPIs designed to ensure service excellence. The Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the support team(s) to enable the delivery of a consistent high-quality service to the customer.
