This stunning service in the heart of Cherry Willingham provides high quality residential care for around 6 adults, specialising in the care of learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders. Benefits: Competitive salary 2 week Training provided On-site parking Fully paid NVQ Level 3 Responsibilities: Supporting heavily with challenging behaviour within the facilities To connect with the service users by using intensive interaction and stimulating activities To provide personal care to all if required at the service To encourage a positive environment for all adults to thrive and to act responsibly in any interactive sessions What is required?
