Technical Support Analyst | Lincoln | 18,000 - 23,000 | full time, permanent About ScholarPack We're ScholarPack, a leader in EdTech. About the Job The Data Management Team are responsible for all things data - pretty key in a company who exist to manage data for schools. The Technical Support Analyst's work day-to-day on our databases, using SQL and Python skills, to solve data puzzles and migrate data from old systems. You will be joining a collaborative team of data analysts and migration experts who understand the importance of data and how to make sense of it. Day to day you'll be working on * Problem-solving through data analytics * Data migration between various sources * Working with Python-based tools and services * Business Intelligence data collection and reporting. We love the Agile Lean approach and will empower you to make decisions and build solutions. What are we looking for? Attitude is a key requirement. You will have an interest in technology demonstrated through projects or tech-related activities, along with experience with relational databases and admin tools.
