Overview
We are looking for a skilled Recovery/HDU Nurse to join our Theatre department. The successful applicant will have been working in theatres recently and will be up to date in current practices. Experience will extend to working in a busy operating environment gained within the demanding, professional, multi-disciplinary teams. Key requirements Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Caring and compassionate nature Motivational skills and act as a self-starter, taking initiative and recognising when jobs within the department need to be done Enthusiasm, energy and stamina Flexibility to work shift patterns from 07:30 to 21:00 Willingness to learn across departments, rotating in several areas
