Clinical Team Lead - RMN / RNLD RMN/RNLD/Mental Health Nurse /Learning disabilities nurse / Days / Nights / Hospital / Qualified Nurse / Full time / Part time / Clinical Team Lead Our client is a Hospital based in Stevenage who offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women. A range of therapies supports the care pathway towards independent living. We offer medium and low secure wards for men and women and also an acute service for men and women detained under the mental health act. Responsibilities will include: Supervise the smooth running of a shift and take leadership responsibility for the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager. Participate in the manager's on-call system to provide the first point of contact for ward based staff, outside of normal working hours. Take an active role in clinical audit on the ward and in the hospital. Actively coach and mentor staff to improve practice on the ward. Take a lead role in working with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and effective care plans which meet the physical & emotional needs of the service users in a caring and You will receive an excellent starting salary which includes a competitive basic salary plus £2500 registered nurse allowance taking our package to up to £42,000. Other benefits include, contributory pension, 50% NMC registration, paid meals and much more. Relocation package is also available for those willing to move to the area.
