Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Services Manager to lead the teams on our Outpatient and Pre-assessment Department Located in the heart of Sheffield, this Hospital is a fantastic place to work and is easily accessible from the M1 Motorway as well as having regular public transport links. The hospital has 64 beds, 4 operating theatres and provides a range of inpatient, outpatient and day case specialties including orthopaedic, spinal, general medicine, urology, ENT and neurology . They are proud to be a warm and friendly private hospital with a real family atmosphere and everyone working together to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will already be a senior Registered Nurse with proven management experience. You will be driven to deliver the best possible standards of patient care with a focus on clinical governance and nursing strategy. You will have a strong background working in Outpatients/ Pre-assessment and in addition to your clinical expertise will be able to undertake non-patient facing duties as an integral part of this management post. To be considered you need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and significant experience working within an acute healthcare setting as a Senior Lead or equivalent in the nursing environment - surgical Outpatient and pre-assessment experience is highly desirable.
