THE COMPANY: Working in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield, Brewster Partners welcome applications from experienced Customer Service Team Leaders to manage and coach a small team and drive changes to improve the overall service delivery. The company offer a comprehensive benefits package, excellent working environment and company values making them an excellent employer of choice THE JOB: This is a brand new position for an experienced Team Leader to head up the Customer Service team. Leading a team of 3, you will demonstrate a motivational, can do attitude in order to drive the team forward through a period of change and service improvement to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities include: Managing a long standing team of 3 Coaching and delivering excellent customer service Improve and achieve a proactive outbound sales approach to increase repeat orders Implement efficient and effective working practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement Training the team to identify buying signals, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Support sales team with pricing updates and price implementation Delivering training/CPD sessions THE PERSON: As the new Customer Service Team Leader, you will have managed a small team, implementing change and facilitating areas of service improvement. You will thrive in a pressurised environment where you can streamline processes and change direction to provide a proactive approach to customer care and account management.
