Overview

Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They are recruiting a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer to join the team located in Sheffield. Role Summary: Understanding of electrical diagrams, control diagrams, building operations, control circuits, industrial HVAC Completing building PPM Reactive works including electrical, basic HVAC, and general building repairs Liaising with subcontractors General equipment service and repair Ability to manage a busy workload and contribute to optimum equipment performance and reliability Understand logic systems and Programmable Logical Controllers Performing service, fault finding and repairs of building management related equipment and systems and general building infrastructure machinery and equipment Work individually and as part of a team to complete PM tasks, fault / failure analysis and reduction Provide technical assistance as needed to FM team members Experience Required: HNC/D Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, HVAC, or other related engineering discipline, strong related post experience Strong experience in installation, configuration, or servicing in one or more of the following products; Trend: Building Controls / Rockwell Automation: FactoryTalk / ABB: Decathlon / Building Controls / Metasys Demonstrated understanding of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures 17th / 18th Edition Understanding of building control systems Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Flexible willing to take on other assigned duties Demonstrated experience expanding Controls knowledge base - new systems, technology, etc Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
