Overview

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company, who are currently expanding. We are looking for candidates with engraving experience in a fast-paced production environment. Our client is about to enter their busiest period and looking for someone to hit the ground running in a fantastic working environment. The role Engraving personalized name plates on various products as per client’s orders Working with fine detail to make sure no errors / spelling mistakes are made Operating various engraving equipment, including machinery and free hand engraving Quality inspection, following SOPs, transferring completed name plates, plaques onto shop floor Completing paper work, making sure each stage of production has been met Using hand tools to assemble and finish off products including, buffers, files and polishers General housekeeping duties carried out, making sure own area is kept clean and tidy Strict daily targets and deadlines, which are monitored by team leader The Person Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime Manufacturing operating background is highly desirable Should have ability to operate within a team, or individually Must be able to read and understand orders and requests Must be target driven individual, and be flexible for over time, due to the variance of shifts Must have a keen eye for detail There is plenty of overtime available and the opportunity to start in a growing business with potential room for contracts.
