Description The key duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include: Handling inbound customer service calls from customers Responding to emails from customers with queries about their orders Processing telephone orders Provide assistance to customers to solve problems they may be experiencing Entering postal orders into the system, ensuring data is entered accurately Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information Profile The successful Customer Service Advisor will be/have: Good, patient telephone manner The ability to build rapport with customers in order to ensure they receive the best possible service Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Good basic IT skills including the use to Microsoft Office applications Good timekeeping Work well under pressure Excellent oral and written communication skills Job Offer The offer for the Customer Service Advisor role includes shift patterns that can be flexible, full time hours, in-house discounts, free parking and a supportive team environment.
