Overview

Truly unique and exciting new role with a fast growing retail business experiencing strong growth. With further upscaling on the horizon, the need now exists to bolster the finance team with additional resource in the form of an Assistant Finance Business Partner reporting directly into the Operations Finance Business Partner. This is the perfect opportunity to take an a more commercial role whilst leaning upon the management accounting skills you have acquired to date. Based out of their South Bristol offices (with free parking available) you will take on the following core responsibilities: Working with management accounts team to deliver cost centre reports/P&Ls each month Monthly cost centre reviews Capex project justifications Creation & distribution of daily/weekly/monthly reporting (Variance reporting, Consumables analysis, Inventory Reporting, ) Budgeting & forecasting Ad hoc project support Skills & experience required: Highly analytical, with an eye for detail. Ability to present information clearly and coherently. Possess initiative, and the ability to successfully implement new ideas. Drive, energy, and a good team player, who is also able to work independently. A confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.
