Overview

Pensions Project Administrator - Bristol - up to £32,000 We're working with a well established Pensions Consultancy in Bristol who are looking for a Pensions Projects Administrator to provide clients with a high level, quality administration service. Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the administration department. Managing all elements of scheme administration that is not day-to-day administration. Dealing with the annual tasks for schemes as well as many ad hoc projects. The role Scheme renewals, including fund lifestyle switching, benefit statement production, membership statistics for accounts. Produce scheme data quality reports, undertake annual pension increases, process data extraction requests such as valuation data requests from Actuaries, complete Scheme Returns for the Pensions Regulator and Occupational Pension Scheme surveys for the Office for National Statistics. Conduct annual checks of members benefits across all schemes against the annual allowance and produce Pensions Savings Statements were necessary. Undertake many of the scheme ad hoc projects, such as benefit audits, data cleansing and rectification projects.
