DEPUTY MANAGER Amegreen Children’s Services are looking for an ambitious and talented Deputy Manager to join a forward-looking organisation providing care and treatment to traumatised children. We are ready to make key appointments to help us realise our ambitions. We need someone with a solid background in Residential Childcare, who wants to take the next step to become a Deputy Manager of one of our small homes. The successful candidate will be committed and motivated, and able to translate our theory base into everyday practice. He or she will be flexible and creative, emotionally intelligent as well as intelligent, resilient and open to new experiences. In return we will offer a very high level of support and mentoring into role, with high levels of opportunity to develop skills necessary to the task. Future promotion opportunities will be available to the right candidate. Salary from £27,898.00 to £29,822 depending on qualifications and experience.
