Our client is a leading Events Agency who create and deliver unforgettable experiences. They work with some of the world’s best known brands, bringing to life their messages through events and conferences in the UK and around the globe. They are looking an outstanding Account Manager with a over 2 years’ experience in the events and communications arena, to provide consistency in the client relationship, operational and project management of their healthcare accounts. If you have a high level of attention to detail, have excellent project management skills, and an authentic and genuine personality, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager To be an Agency ambassador with theability to confidently and effectively articulate the agency capabilities in an informal conversation. Be able to confidently articulate appropriate case studies with clients conversationally and formally to demonstrate our capabilities Always act with professionalism and integrity Self-motivate expansion of knowledge and skills in the services of healthcare training, HCP communications and patient engagement programmes Client ambassador Demonstrate and confidently articulate a good knowledge of client therapeutic area, products and market audience Demonstrate and confidently articulate client company processes, guidelines that need to be adhered to or implemented in projects Seek and demonstrate a good knowledge of client team members Demonstrate a curiosity in and knowledge of relevant client product developments Demonstrate excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and adherence to compliance codes and regulations Responsible for implementing and updating internal team members client onboarding processes Pro-actively sharing client news and presentations on successfully delivered projects within the agency Foster excellent scientific and creative work Drive and deliver agency processes to a high standard Seek and demonstrate a good understanding of what 'creative’ looks like to your clients, what is their benchmark, competitor insights Develop and nurture strong mutually respectful internal relationships across ops leads Drive the need to obtain strong, clear briefs and scope of works from clients in collaboration with senior members for the team to deliver on, including clear objectives and measures of success Be able to effectively communicate and position the creative expectations to the team in the output of creative work to meet client expectations Ability to structure a client proposal and provide written narrative with editorial support as required Demonstrate ability to commercially critique work to meet client expectations and objectives o perational management Work with Account Director to implement and drive any necessary processes from MSAs/SLAs Confidently collaborate with other relevant team members, agree and implement project processes, roles and responsibilities across a programme/project Able to confidently handle resourcing and personnel conflict Able to calmly handle crisis management Confident to escalate appropriately Project management Able to confidently create and manage timelines internally and with client teams identifying and calling out key milestones and planned deadlines Able to confidently create and manage budgets, and time management internally and with client teams Able to seek, identify and implement agreed approval processes internally and with the client team Able to confidently articulate to the client team and effectively manage the creative process and scientific content quality review processes that need to be respected Able to lead and manage project workstreams Commercial leadership and financial responsibility Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of MSA, rate card and other relevant account SLA/KPIS Demonstrate excellent understanding of the commercial approach to your account agreed internally Responsible for billing process to clients including accurate and timely invoicing Manage income targets and margins for assigned projects and be responsible for delivery on margin Able to pro-actively identify, manage and negotiate changes in scope, with support of AD/senior leadership where required Client relationship management Seek and identify best methods of communication with individual clients preferred way of working to offer a personalised approach Skills and requirements of the Account Manager 2 yrs experience in communications industry Comfortable in managing communications or content delivery requirements Experience of video and digital production Calm and professional under pressure, able to provide support, take decisions and provide clear direction when necessary Good financial management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Confident in forecasting and account planning High attention to detail Please do contact us right away for more information and to apply This role would also suit: Account Manager, Incentive Manager, Event Manager, Senior Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Senior Event Manager, Event Agency, Incentive Travel Agency, Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Director, Senior Event Manager, Event Manager, Event Project Coordinator, Senior Event Project Manager, Head of Events, Events Director, Senior Event Manager,
