Overview
Lead Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer (Python Django REST API DevOps). Would you like to take a senior role where you can make a real impact, work with the latest technology and progress your career to a Head of Engineering position? As a Lead Software Engineer at this successful software house you will design and develop bespoke web based systems for one of the core products that provides TV streaming products / applications to a range of broadcasters and media providers. You will head up a team of approximately six engineers and partner with the CTO to plan strategy, define and architect projects. You will also be working directly with clients to ensure requirements are understood; produce prototypes and proof of concepts to drive future product development and on-board new clients. You'll ensure that code quality is of the highest standard, easily transferable amongst the team and peer reviewed; providing technical guidance, estimations on project delivery, leadership and mentoring to help your team develop. You'll be based in a fashionable area of London with plenty going on, cool modern offices with casual dress code and the latest kit.
