Role Overview The business has a defined approach to the strategic management of its property portfolio, ensuring that performance is optimised, improving the quality and range of propositions, as well as increasing the financial performance of the organisation, ensuring the values of the business are never compromised. Due to recent growth, we are recruiting 4 Asset Information Officers within two areas of the business; Asset Investment and Building Projects. The Asset Investment Team are responsible for providing clarity on the portfolio performance, shaping decisions on the direction of planned, cyclical and 'AMP' investment programmes. Reporting to the Asset Investment Manager, the Asset Information Officer will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy. The Building Projects Team is responsible for a large risk remediation project acting as a PMO function reporting to the Project Manager, the Asset Information Officer will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the major building programme. Across both business areas we are looking for a hard-working individual, motivated by innovation and enthusiastic about developing and implementing new tools to improve our asset intelligence and enhance our understanding of asset performance. We require tech savvy individuals, with strong business acumen, experience with project management tools with the flexibility and agility to deliver. Key Tasks To be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on the condition, relevance and quality of data held by Information System and to take appropriate steps to resolve conflicting data and errors Manage and maintain the correct allocation of assets to properties and assets to maintenance contractors ensuring that supplier and contractor systems are robustly reconciled To proactively work with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving service delivery through analysis of data and information To lead with the design and implementation of mini-projects and service improvement activities. To instil adequate programme control in any projects being worked on, embedding quality e-document management and version control to all projects. To act as the default programme management office for all associated projects, providing adequate administrative support for property project managers. To update and maintain systems data in line with business requirements To be responsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure data and processes are fit for purpose To carry out administrative activities as required to enable delivery of a high quality property management service Education and Experience Experience of utilising systems and complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities. Ability to service and maintain stock data with expertise in analysis and employing big data to improve asset intelligence. Ability to design and implement tools and dashboards to present property performance. Knowledge of IT project management and delivery principles. Minimum of advanced level MS Excel Good understanding of asset management within real estate. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
