Position: Parts, Warranty & Customer Service Co-ordinator Location: Lincoln Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent upon experience) Full Time / Permanent Position Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.50pm No Agencies Please Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting position for an experienced parts, warranty & customer service co-ordinator to join our winning team. We are only looking for winners to join our team, not the average, that will do, someone else will do it, its not my job, lazy attitude, back seat moaners. We partner with all the leading vehicle manufacturers, delivering unrivalled quality and service to our customers throughout the UK, Ireland & Europe. If you are an experienced parts, warranty and customer service advisor that naturally goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer care and can hit the ground running then we would like to hear from you. Motor trade experience is desirable but not essential. The role is fast paced, varied, demanding but at the same time fun and rewarding, it includes: Roles and responsibilities Answer and action telephone and email enquiries Advise & qualify customers to select the correct parts for their needs Update the new parts & accessories online shop Encourage the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products & services Review and assess the validity of all claims Raise warranty/workshop job cards & manage the warranty claim Follow strict manufacture warranty claim processes & procedures Update customer progress daily Manage loan/hire vehicles, checking vehicles in and out, reporting and invoicing any damage Generate invoices General workshop administration Provide support & liaise with other departments Essential Skills Have a minimum of 2 years parts experience working in a similar role You will be the first point of contact for our customers so it’s vital you provide a welcoming experience.
