A highly successful and growing company in Lincoln are recruiting for HR professional to join their team and are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong Learning & Development focus. They have recently experienced some significant changes which is why this opportunity has become available, and they are looking for someone with the skills, experience and dedication to help move the HR area forwards. Role overview: Working as part of a team you will support the Directors and Managers across the business and raising the profile of the HR team, you will have HR generalist duties along with all aspects of L&D. Supporting approx 200 employees your primary focus will be all aspects of Leaning & Development related activities and training, with some HR Advisor and ER (Employee Relation) duties. HR advisor and ER duties will mainly be around absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, and employee welfare, along with HR support for managers. Experience required: They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a thorough L&D background. CIPD level 5 qualified.
