HR Advisor (9 month contract) | Lincoln / Newark area | c £28,000 McCarthy Adams Recruitment, are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with background in ER (employee relations) for our client based in near North Hykeham, Lincolnshire. As their HR Advisor you will be providing proactive professional HR advice and working as part of a HR team. They are looking for a HR professional with strong all HR generalist background, ideally from a fast paced and busy organisation. You will be working with Senior Managers providing a comprehensive HR advice and guidance on a variety of complex employer relations case work. You will advise on a range of cases including, sickness, absence, performance, capability, disciplinary, dismissal, and serious investigations. Requirements: HR Professional who has experience across all areas HR The ability to influence senior managers and directors with effective HR/ER advice. Ability to juggle a number of cases from start to finish.
