Interim HR Officer

Interim HR Officer - 6 months FTC - Lincoln - £30 to £35 DOE Your new company This role is working for a well known "brand", with a environment that is proactive and dynamic. Fast paced with a workforce of circa 350 staff across shift patterns. Your new role Covering a period of secondment, you will be responsible for the full remit of generalist HR duties; from ER/case management, advice/guidance, line manager liaison, employee lifecycle administration, recruitment etc. You will also support the HR Manager in any change management projects. What you'll need to succeed The successful applicant will have a background in fast paced environments - ideally manufacturing or another similar industry. Be a competent and knowledgable HR Representation What you'll get in return You will be offered a Fixed Term Contract with a competitive salary - £30k to £35k depending on experience and qualifications.
