Overview

Our client is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor / Project Manager (F-MRICS Qualified) to handle a portfolio of perils (fire, flood, storm etc) claims on a project managed basis for properties (listed buildings, stately homes etc), operating throughout the North East (Durham, Tyneside, Teeside, Nortumberland etc) regions. You will be M-FRICS qualified and ideally boast a minimum of 2 years prior Project Managed Loss Adjusting experience (not essential). You must be able to demonstrate leadership / managerial skills, be known in the market for your work and perhaps be in a position to bring connections on the back of this, although this isn't essential. You will typically be a team player; be energetic, determined, professional and take a great pride in your work.
