Data Science Engineer London £85,000 Bonus Equity OVERVIEW Harnham are currently working with fantastic tech company who are currently building a real-time platform through which companies can optimise essential assets to maximise performance and profits, as well as improve efficiency. You will research and develop cutting-edge machine learning techniques which will sit at the heart of this platform, and work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to help a product which is disrupting several industries space. Tech stack: Python, Spark, SQL. THE ROLE On a daily basis you will be: Researching and developing machine learning algorithms to help solve high-level optimisation problems Act as researcher, driving methodologies used by the company Collaborate with a wider team of data scientists and engineers Getting stuck in with many aspects of start-up life (new problems coming in thick and fast) SKILLS AND EXPERTISE Experience of applied machine learning to real-world problems Expert knowledge of Python Have experience in data engineering best-practice and principles An MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning etc. HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit your details using the Apply button on this page.
