PLOT SALES CONVEYANCER SALARY: £30-£45k (depending upon experience) A client that I've worked with consistently over the last 12 months are currently looking to add an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to their Residential Property team in Manchester. Candidates with a strong conveyancing background will be considered. A Top 200 ranked legal firm, known nationally for their excellent client care and competitive offering to all staff, this firm are well respected and an employer of choice for legal professionals. Situated conveniently in a large, purpose built site in Manchester, with a modern working environment, and excellent transport links, this opportunity would suit an experienced conveyancer with plot sales experience located close to Manchester The ideal candidate will have experience in: - Preparation of plot sale paperwork to include relevant contract/assurance required to deal with plot reservation - Infrastructure documents to include Section 104 Agreements, Section 38 Agreements - Transfer of public open space - A detailed knowledge of the full conveyancing process Applications are welcomed from conveyancers with experience in plot sales, and seeking a new role with a leading organisation where they can build/continue a career.
