Academics are recruiting for Support Workers to join a residential home adjoined to a special needs school in Lymington . All shifts are between Monday-Sunday. This would suit a Support Worker with experience of working in either a care or special needs environment or someone with a genuine interest and passion for supporting others as all training is provided. The role of a Support Worker involves: enabling young people to develop and make progress providing physical, emotional and nurturing support working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment ensuring health, safety, care and welfare of young people a priority To be a successful Support Worker you will be a strong team player, confident, motivated and well organised. Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you'll be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
