My client is an established law firm that is looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive (3 years' PQE) due to expansion within the busy Conveyancing Department based in the New Forest area. This is a great opportunity to join a well respected law firm that can provide genuine career progression. Are you a conveyancer with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion? You will be dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. You will be 3 years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload and will help to develop the department. The department does not handle volume residential conveyancing; the caseload is diverse and you will be supported by the team. Marketing and business development is key in order to gain new business and grow the department. In return for your hard work, the successful residential conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners and in developing a close professional relationship with clients and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
