Group Finance Manager - PE back retailer - Angel - 6month day rate Exciting opportunity with a well known PE backed retailer based in Angel. Great company to work for in an easy- going, friendly working environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and responsibility for production of the monthly management accounts pack and associated reporting, including cost centre reporting and channel P&Ls Ensuring a robust balance sheet via regular review of all balance sheet recs Production of the annual statutory accounts for the group (8 entities) and the 5 UK entities Management of 3rd parties overseas in filing local accounts as necessary (USA, Hong Kong, China at present) Corporation tax computations Management of the annual audit process Annual budgeting and in-year forecasting of below-EBITDA P&L items, balance sheet and cashflow Calculation and forecasting of banking covenants Key Skills Required ACA/ACCA qualified accountant Delivering a great Customer Experience (internally and externally) must be second nature to you Retail or wholesale background preferred International accounting and consolidation experience Experience of Corporation tax computations Able to represent Finance and build relationships with senior management across the business A proactive attitude and a sense of personal accountability is vital - you need to 'lean in' and take the lead
