Overview

NRG are delighted to be working with a giant in the retail industry who are currently looking for a BI Developer. As part of the BI team you will be integral in the end-to-end scoping of a new BI solution from requirement gathering to implementation as part of the company’s wider project to change their program strategy. You will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the BI solution and will ideally have experience in presenting visual reports. The role: Hands on development experience - Power BI / SQL / SSAS / SSIS / SSRS Knowledge of database management systems Ability to query databases and conduct analysis Experience with designing, building and deploying BI solutions Previous data warehouse design experience such as dimensional modelling Be able to perform some of the following: Extract data from large SQL tables, develop data marts and cubes and det up databases. The person: Good communication skills with stake holder management experience Confident individual who is keen to further develop their skills Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical personnel for requirement gathering Beneficial: Azure Dynamics 365
