I am recruiting for a Mobile QA Engineer for a company who specialise in engineering high-quality apps and frameworks across industries like gaming, finance and retail. This really is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking engineer who will manage the various tasks for testing their mobile Apps, WebApps and server-side products. This is an important role for the company to ensure that they provide outstanding quality products to the thousands of customers who use them every day. After being on-boarded remotely and guidelines are lifted further, you'll be working inner office in the centre of Newcastle with remote flexibility and you will receive full training and have access to the latest handsets & devices to successfully complete your duties. Role & Responsibilities * Maintain and increase our automated testing framework * Support managing the helpdesk queue and allocating tasks to appropriate teams or people. * Test the full functionality and user experience on target devices and liaise with developers regarding issues * Perform investigation and analysis to help define the extent of issues Skills & Qualifications * ISTQB foundation qualification (funded if not yet received) * Experience or an interest in Test management tools such as Quality Center/Test link, Jira and SCM. * Ability to look through log files and diagnose problems Benefits * Performance bonus * Excellent holidays * Salary progression (25,000-35,000) Jefferson Frank are the global leaders in AWS Cloud Recruitment.
