Overview
Are you an exceptional Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? At FM Conway we are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Strategic Projects Team. Based from our fantastic Sevenoaks Head Office, you will join us on a full time, permanent basis. The Business Analyst Role As our Business Analyst you will promote continuous improvement by developing and delivering exceptional business solutions that supports FM Conway’s transformation strategy. The role will provide FM Conway with high quality analysis through thoroughly understanding of the current business situation to the effective capture of detailed business requirements to support new and ongoing projects/initiatives. Responsibilities of our Business Analyst Understand and document the current situation within the scope of the project. Working across all phases of the project lifecycle from conception to testing and release. Working closely with business functions, acting as the bridge between the business and technical communities and third-party suppliers, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Responsible for ensuring that business requirements are fully developed and documented e.g. functional, non-functional and reporting requirements. Ensuring that the Business Requirements are analysed fully, with appropriate engagement from the business teams including the review of current processes and data. Creating of wireframes to support communication of intent out to the business and to aide the overall design process. What we’re looking for in our Business Analyst You will have experience working within a Digital Transformation environment and ideally hold experience using LEAN or Agile methodologies (this would be an advantage however is not essential). An understanding of the construction and highways industry would be an advantage but again is not essential.
