Overview
This fast-growing eCommerce organisation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach and mentor their growing IT team. The new Scrum Master will be responsible for the effective delivery of IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives and Agile coaching. You will lead and influence a team to deliver value and at the same time improve delivery approaches, practices, processes and tools to be increasingly agile, effective and efficient. The successful Scrum Master will be joining one of the fastest-growing digital retailers in the UK. The organisation is currently underway with a major digital transformation, to ensure they can be at the forefront of tech in the retail industry and continue to offer new solutions and services to their customers. This position will suit an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach, who is seeking a challenging and fast-paced position within a friendly and non-corporate environment. Requirements: Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices. High level of delivery commitment and the will to develop high-performance teams. A can-do attitude results-driven and openness to learning. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Ideally, a Scrum Master certification and experience in Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban Office located near Blackburn and easily commutable from surrounding Lancashire towns including Accrington, Clayton-le-Moors, Preston, Burnley, Bolton, and Bury.
