We have an immediate need for a high-energy, professional Project Consultant Development Manager with the ability to manage and retain a diverse group of IT consultants. The responsibilities of the Project Consultant Development Manager (25% travel): Manage and develop each remote Consultant on projects throughout their career lifecycle Build Relationships and retain Consultants Career-Pathing and ensuring Consultant satisfaction and performance Performance reviews Keep consultant records up to date on the CRM system and assisting with Payroll enquiries. Coordination of activities and tasks pertaining to Consultants Direct and manage the overall and day-to-day business execution of consultant projects to ensure quality work products, solutions, and deliverables Identify, develop, and implement negotiation techniques to address financial and other concerns/requests of consultants, to achieve a balance of cost savings for the company and meeting the needs of the Consultant. Hold yourself and your consultants accountable to behave and act in accordance with company values, initiatives, processes, and methodologies This role, although based at our head-office will include 25% travel. Required hours are 9 am- 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. There will be times when unanticipated consultant needs arise and need to be addressed immediately. You will be expected to address these needs during evenings and weekends, as necessary. The successful Project Consultant Development Manager: 10 years’ experience in Management with exposure to Project Management Bachelor’s degree Ability to travel (As your role will be to visit our consultants that are on projects to maintain relationships) IT management experience preferred A people person who is organised, a self-starter and able to work autonomously.
